GETTING STARTED

When you create an account, you can save your purchases in your cart.  All of your details are then saved for future orders.  You will be able to view your order status, tracking number and order history.  This account is set up to ensure fast and accurate delivery.  You also have the option to receive newsletters - these can also be cancelled by yourself at any time. 

ORDERING

All orders must specify quantity and description of products and the full street address to which the product is to be delivered.  Online Automotive can not process orders if the buyers does not offer to pay by one of the payment methods listed on our website, or if the buyers credit card provider does not confirm payment.  Online Automotive will e-mail the buyer acknowledgement of the order, payment progress and dispatch details.  If for any reason Online Automotive do not accept the order, we will email the buyer immediately.  If for some reason the buyer does not receive their goods within a timely manner please contact Online Automotive via email ASAP.

RETURNS

All parts are covered only by manufacturers warranties and/or guarantees.  Online Automotive does not reimburse for labour, incidental, or any other costs related to the installation of products under any circumstance.
Incorrect Supply of Order If due to a warehouse or other error of Online Automotive the buyer received a product which does not conform to its order, the buyer must contact Online Automotive within three days of receipt of the product.  The incorrect product must then be returned in new condition in its original packaging and unopened. Once approved by Online Automotive the correct replacement product will be posted to the buyer at no extra cost to the buyer.  Postage for return of the incorrect product and for supply of the correct product to the buyer will be paid by Online Automotive.

Damaged Shipments All packages should be completely inspected at the time of delivery.  Damaged packages should be refused. then call Australia Post and report the damage.  Then please contact Online Automotive for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.

DELIVERY

To view postage totals, add the product(s) to your shopping cart, you can then "View Cart" and you then able to view postage amounts.  If you have any problems, please contact us.  Postage is calcualted from the Australia Post website.  For more details please go to http://auspost.com.au 

PAYMENT

Our preferred payment method is EFT direct deposit, payment options are as follows:
Direct Deposit into our bank account using the following details - Bank: Westpac Account Name: Online Automotive BSB: 034 081 Account Number: 261039
Credit Card You can safely enter your credit card details and your card will be processed offline.  We will debit your card once we have processed your order. PayPal With PayPal, you can send payments through the internet either usine you PayPal balance or other banking methods being credit card etc.  Simply click on the PayPal button at the end of the Check-Out procedure and follow the directions.

PRICES

All prices appearing on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
The prices to be paid by the buyer for all products will be Online Automotive's current selling price on the date of receipt by Online Automotives' order.  All orders will attract a delivery charge as displayed when checking out.  Online Automotive reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice. 

AVAILABILITY

We keep all parts listed on our site in stock.  On some occasions due to human error we may not have an item as listed, if this is the case we can usually get stock in within one to two days.  If you place an order that we are not able to source quickly, we will contact you and you will be given the option for a refund or other goods to the same value.

This site may include links to other sites that are owned and/or operated by third party vendors and other third parties (the external sites).  Online Automotive is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on any external sites.
